Jackie put her in the new Easter dress that Clyde and Shonnye bought for her during our trip to Flippin, and we took pictures out in front of the tulips in our flower bed.

Addison has figured out how to kick her leg and make her seat bounce, and my brother, Paul, managed to catch her on video. And then, of course, he had to put music to the video. Watch her go! Rawhide!
Addison is developing so fast, and she’s getting really ticklish. In this video, Jackie watches while I make Addison giggle and squeal.
OK, it’s actually not rice but more like some form of really runny grits, but it is the first time she’s eaten something from a spoon instead of a bottle. Needless to say, I got more of it ON her than IN her.
Addison is starting to hold things really well and of course attempting to stuff them in her mouth. I recorded her working her rattle over. Pretty funny stuff.
We bought one of those talking Elmo toys for Addison since we’ve found she seems to love the television show. Check her out while she stares at all Elmo’s antics.

We’ve been working with Addison to build up her strength and balance, and she’s doing pretty good so far. I couldn’t resist filming her trying to sit up and hold her head steady. Pretty cute!
Jackie and I decided we should take Addison to visit Mom for her birthday. We told Paul and Dad that we were coming, but we kept it a secret from Mom. We drove to Missouri and met Tara at their house so all of us could take the girls to surprise Mom at work.
